Breast pain due to lack of breastfeeding
As my child is a premature one. He has to stay in the hospital far from me for a few days. As I am unable to feed her frequently I am feeling my breasts full and painful too. I am unable to sleep on my sides too. How can I get relieved from it?

If you are still in the hospital you should tell the Doctor there about your problem. If you have been discharged you should go to the same hospital to learn how to empty the breast milk with the help of a breast pump. That milk can be given to the baby. Emptying the breast is a must. Otherwise you will develop a breast abscess.

Pump out milk from breasts and get relief. Store it at room temperature for 4 hours if it is required for your baby
