Breast pain after periods over

Question

Asked for Female, 23 Years

My periods for this month was late by 12 days. It comes on 8th, but this month it started on 20th and ended in the 24th, with usual kind of flow and colour. I had protected intercourse on the 15th and 16th of this month. Today, my breasts are still heavy and paining, though nipples are not particularly sore. I am also having stomach issues alongside. We took protection for the intercourse, and my partner said there is no chance of sperm having fallen inside. Is there is a risk of pregnancy?
