Breast milk supply
I have thyroid PCOD and diabetes. Recently I delivered pre-term twins and unable to produce enough breast milk. I am trying herbal remedies and fenugreek is best for increasing milk supply but diabetics should avoid consuming fenugreek. Is this true?
