Breast milk colour in yellow

Today I finding one side of my breast milk is coming in yellow colour. My first baby is feeding age is 1 year 9 months. What is the reason behind and what are the consequences.

Dear ,dont worry First important u stop feeding ,actually .u. Should stop feeding after 9 months ideally . U must got infection So need to consult doctor physically ,need of examine and evaluation
