Breast lump
Lump under nipple; painful to touch and the breast has increased to larger than the other; I'm only 16 so I'm assuming it's less likely to be cancer but I'm worried

It is unlikely to be cancer, usually cancer lumps are painless lumps and u seem to have a lump in which is super added with infection since it is tender, get it examined by a surgeon and he will put you on antibiotics and then once it subsides maybe u will require a drainage procedure.
