Breast Lump. What should i do?

I observed a small pus filled pimple on my aerola i pinched and removed its pus but after 2-3 days i felt a lump inside breast near aerola only. I consulted doctor she said wait till your periods go becoz this is i guess fibrodenoma. Now my periods are getting over in 2 days but I have seen lump size grown little big l. Also the pimple i pinched i found out that is turning into pimple which is painful. The lump i feel is attached to mammary glands, little hard, little painful. I am very scared few months back i also got some big pimple pus fileld in my vulva area which was treated, something happening to me which i am not able to diagnosed. Any ideas what could help me apart from doing mammography and then treatment.?? Doctor also prescribed me simrose and Vitamin E tablet but i should take them after 15 days after i finish periods. What should i do ??
