  4. Breast lump. 4 to 5 secs and goes away.

I have spotted a lump in my breast(inner left side of right breast's nipple) a month back.It is not painful and it moves when I touch and my right breast is bigger than the left breast.For the last two days I feel like picking pain in that region and it lasts only 4 to 5 secs and goes away. Thank you.
