Asked for Female, 15 Years

I have had a strange bump in my left breast for almost three weeks. It started as a small bump months ago but started getting bigger three weeks ago. It’s on my nipple but not directly on center. I saw a doctor and she said it might be a clogged duct and to come back in two weeks. The bump has gotten larger and more painful. Any sudden movement it’s stabbing paint. Breast is also odly itchy, heat irritates it, if anything rubs it (bra from moving) it hurts. It also it like pealing sort of. etc
