  4. Breast lump. Handed so is this normal?

I am just 13 years old and noticed a very very slight dimple in my left breast when I flex my arms and I also have breast lumps but they seem smaller as my period ended I am left handed so is this normal ?

No lump is not good thing.Any pain or discharge from nipple.Better get done mammogram to know the exact pathology of breast and contact to surgeon.
