I'm 20 and i'm having breast leaking and pain since 2 days i'm not pregnant is this a symptom of breast cancer?

Hello there. I can understand your concern. Breast just don't leak just like that. And vitamins don't cause the breast to leak. What's the fluid like? Watery ? What's the color of the fluid? What is the color of the fluid coming out? If it is red then get a mammography done. If it is of some other color like white or yellow then probably it is due to excess hormones like prolactin or due to infection.
