Breast issue

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I use to have surgery in the center of my breast because of abess cyst 2 months ago. Now something has come up underneath the skin in the center of my breastbone, it's kinda hard and flat but very sharp pain when I sleep and move around. I'm curious to know what it could possibly be?
