Breast Feeding when Fever

Hi, Can some advise, if mom having a fever after 7 days of delivery. Can we feed baby breast milk? Even baby has some fever?

Hi I am unsure of your query - does the baby have a fever now or not? Mothers can continue breast feeding, and only withhold in certain situations such as : - On certain medications - HIV mother (although low risk) - Conditions of baby - Active TB mother and several others.
