Im nursing my one month old baby. My left breast is bigger and heavier all the time. When i dont nurse fora few hours my left side swells up nd hurts. It aljso leaks all the time. There is a tiny white spot on my left nipple that pains as soon as baby sucks. During feeding the pain reduces but afterwords it hurts and i apply himalaya nipple cream but it doesnt work much.I make the baby drink from my left side when there is heaviness but it swells up faster again.My right breast is normal. Please help.
