Ma breast engorged fr more than a month. But ma baby is properly feeding that side... But then a big lump is present... Heat compress doesnt worked out.

try to feed and empty that breast completely before going to the other breast...even after emptying completely, u find a lump, get a breast examination done

You are not giving proper feeding that'why getting this problem.With both breast give feeding and try to complete empty.If baby is not sucking then suck and throw it.
