Breast discharge

Asked for Female, 22 Years

My nipples have some spots, from where when I squeeze the nipple on those spots, a bit of yellow to white pasty thing comes out. I don't know whether that's normal... There's nothing else going on with my breasts, no pain or anything else unusual. I'm 22, never been pregnant and there isn't a chance that I might be now.
