Breast Discharge
I started taking. Medicine of pantaprazole and levosulpride empty stomach and today after 8 days of regularly taking the medicine i noticed milky discharge from both of my breasts when i press or squeeze.. i am very tensed please help

Stop these medicines as you are getting their side effect. If you need to take antacids go for gelusil or Tums.

A lot of medications when taken continuously for sometime increase the prolactin in your body and hence lead to milky discharge . Pantaprazole is one of them. You should stop taking the medication and see if it helps.

You can stop pantaprazole as it causes increased  prolactin level.

Use of pantoprazole can cause increase in prolactin hormone leading to milk secretion from the breast.You can stop taking
