Breast discharge
Hi can someone help me I was having tenderness in my breast and it's okay after taking emazen tb I've pcos and delayed periods for 2 months. I took meprte and m about to get my periods in some days. Now when I press my nipple I get some clear discharge out of my nipple m really worried is this a sign of cancer. M 29 yrs old and this discharge just comes from one breast. M not pregnant or not breastfeeding. I have a five year old child and I stopped breast feeding 3 yrs bck

You can check your prolactin levels, if it's raised then tablet are started to lower the level. Also check for any lumps nipple shape.

It must be hormonal changes. Do mammograghy , check ur prolactin levels

Go for an USG breast (b/l),check serum prolactin levels.Then consult a general surgeon.Offline
