Breast cancer is potentially curable.
Do the biopsy of the lesion first for HPE and ER/PR/HER2/neu status.
Proceed with surgery if operable. Based on the post- operative HPE report ,further treatment will be planned.
If the tumor is not resectable ,few cycles of chemotherapy can be given to make it resectable.
How do you know the stage of the cancer?
If you have biopsy report and other investigations ,then kindly send.
Next Steps
Biopsy followed by surgery if feasible or chemotherapy if surgery feasible.
