Right Brest is normal . A hypoechoic irregular mass (20*17 m.m.) is images in left breast at 9 O'clock position just outside areola. Few calcific foci seen within the mass. The mass is very hard on elastogram. No axillary lymphadenopathy seen ..SONOMEMMOGRAPHY . ......
