I had discovered a lump in my breast about 4 months ago. Its movable hard and seems to be attached to my breast tissue. It is not painful

Get yourself examined, hard painless is not a good feature, though mobile lump at this age is more in favor of benign lesion.

Show it to your family doctor.. At your age (16 yrs), non cancerous breast lumps are common.
