Focal lesion in left breast -BIRADS V -suggested HPE correlation. Suspicious lymphnode in left axilla. Cortical thickness of which measures 5mm .what needed to do next .which specialized doctor needed to consult .any suggestions

Hello. You first need to consult a surgical oncologist for core biopsy for confirmation of diagnosis and evaluation of hormone receptor status.
