I have breast pain from last 7,8 months I feel heavy ness and heat inside the breast no colour change ,,,,and I have a cyst near viginal opening ,,I also feel pain in right major labia and back right side

Since you're 41 years ..you need to do a bilateral mammography ...which is mandatory. Also visit your doctor and get yourself examined The cyst could be Bartholin's or something else... whatever it is you should get an opinion and treatment.
