Breast and nipples pain

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hi I'm 30yrs old I'm unmarried and I'm single too. I have my breast hurting me and even my nipples hurt like I feel the squeezed sensation around there. I don't know what's it? Why I got this pain all of sudden out of no where
