Brathlessness, sweating in mid of night
My husband is waking up in the mid of the night with cold sweats and breathlessness. Happened twice in 3 days. Checked BP when he woke up, 1st day BP was 148/110 and pulse was 75. Tonight again he woke up, checked BP it's 140/100 with pulse 85. He has high BP, takes TeldayH once a day, BP is controlled and stays normal with this medication. Sugar is normal (fasting and post meal), checked yesterday. ECG was normal, done last in January. Had a gout attack in left foot big toe in January. Tested 8.7 Uric acid and high cholesterol. Other medications: Febuxostat 40 - 1ce a day Jupiros 10 - 1 at night Please help. What can be the reason for sweats and breathlessness in sleep?
