Since few months I've been having brain fogginess and also a lot of palpitations in the stomach and passing fas and my stomach pulses when I lie down. So the brain fogginess is bad and is also a little dizziness.
What could this be and how can I solve this? My all stool tests and ultrasounds are okay and yeah I'm just thinking what to do now. I stay in Delhi and wondering what tests or Doctor i can consult.
I had covid in 2022 and ever since then it happens but slowly became less with antacid or lemon water. But now its not ok.
Now I am taking allegra and nexpro and it has improved. Could it be a microbiome issue or mcas?
Any help would be appreciated.

Your symptoms sound like what we call as ‘Long Covid’.
Do the following
1. CBT (via a Clinical Psychologist)
2. Cognitive Rehabilitation (via a NeuroPsychiatrist)
All the best.

This does not sound dangerous and does not strongly suggest MCAS.It most likely represents post-COVID gut–brain/autonomic dysfunction with reflux and histamine sensitivity, which is manageable and often improves over time with the right approach.
