BRACHIAL PLEXUS INJURY- C5 ROOT AVULSION

Asked for Male, 37 Years

The patient has no sensation on the upper arm and no movement of shoulders or elbow flex.. only wrist and fingers are moving This is after 3 months of injury. Brachial plexus report attached. Will it be recovered after surgery?
