Braces treatment
I had completed my ceramic braces treatment couple of years back. The treatment duration was 2 years and after that 6months retainer was recommended by my dentist. But the tooths have again gone back to their original position. Why is it so? Do I need to put the braces again ?

relapse in the treatment is usually due to discontinued use of retainers. Duration of wearing retainer depends on the type of crooked teeth you had. Some type of irregularities of teeth require long term/permanent retention.
Next Steps
you can consult an orthodontist. Retreatment requires a detailed examination to assess the available treatment options
