Try to visit your first Orthodontist and continue treatment there. You need to understand that as the treatment is being done again at the second Orthodontist clinic too. There will be a fee. And depending on what kind of treatment you need the fee remains. So the choice of continuing treatment at first Orthodontist place would be more comfortable. Just request your orthodontist to give more longer appointments. This is where clear Aligners and other advanced dental braces treatment have the advantages. As the appointment for those cases are automatically long spaced.

If you are relocating and your dentist is asking you to pay at least 40k for your braces treatment, you may want to discuss your options with them. It's possible that they are asking for an increased payment due to the need for additional appointments or treatments that were not initially anticipated.
One option is to negotiate with your dentist and try to reach a payment plan that works for both parties. You can explain your situation and see if there is any flexibility in the payment schedule. If you have any documentation of your previous payments or any agreements made with the dentist, you can use that to support your case.
Another option is to seek out a new dentist in your new location who can continue your braces treatment. You can request that your current dentist provide you with your treatment records, so that the new dentist can have a complete understanding of your treatment history and can pick up where your previous treatment left off.
Ultimately, it's important to communicate with your dentist and explore your options before making any decisions. Braces treatment can be a significant financial commitment, and it's important to work with a dentist who is willing to work with you to ensure you receive the best possible care.
braces treatment is a long term treatment, is always advised to not change doctors for better results, if its managable to keep upto your monthly appointment the better continue from same doctor. if you are relocating to a different state /country then there is no choice you will have to get it restarted with a new dentist.
Hi 20k is the initial payment taken for the bracket set. After which the payments are split into emis. Please ask your dentist if any arrangements can me made in terms of transferring the case to the place where you are relocating, or even visiting the dentist monthly once for treatment then it makes sense to pay the money.
Else would suggest to restart the treatment with a dentist to the place you are moving to.
And you can put forth these concerns to your dentist i am sure they would understand and comply.
Next Steps
Make sure to finish your treatment wherever you are moving else you will have to start from scratch.
If the dentist charges full amount then he or she should ensure that you get complete treatment and not pay anything to the new dentist. Your relocation wasn't planned as I think. Talk to your dentist and see if they can arrange your case to be transferred.. I'm sure any good professional would understand and be helpful.
