I've put my braces from Kerala during my vacations and I've have paid the full amount there. Now my doctor asked me to continue it here in Pune as my college is here. I just want to know how much is the charge for tightening the braces only for the lower teeth.

Charges for braces are total amount generally for the entire treatment. The new orthodontist will have to check you and determine how much work is remaining and the time required. Then they can tell you the charges accordingly
