Use clohex. Pain after Orthodontic treatment is natural. No need to worry about it. It is a sign that your teeth are in phase of movement. Avoid any painkillers if the pain is bearable. Painkillers slowdown the tooth movement. If unbearable pain, take paracetamol/acetaminophen as research has proven that these tablets don't show much effect on tooth movement. And can be taken in case of Orthodontic pain. Take care.

Don't use painkiller unless pain is that much. NSAIDS painkiller like ibuprofen can interfere with your tooth movement. You can use Listerine and dologel.

Listerene should be avoided. Instead you can use Clohex ADS or Amflor To prevent cavities . Instead of using dologel you can use any other pain killer.
Next Steps
Eat soft food for few days
