There is not much difference between both
The thing is as ur a girl .. For cosmetic purpose ..ceramic will be good and best choice ..time depends on case 1 year plus or minus
Ceramic braces it won't be much visible willatch with ur teeth color so there will b no problem when u go out and talk
Cost 25 for metal and 30 for ceramic
