BPD running 3 weeks ahead and AC lagging
We are monitoring fetal growth by fetal well being ultrasound
At 28 weeks bpd was 2 weeks ahead
And AC was lagging by 1 week
But now:-
At 31 weeks Bpd is 3 weeks ahead and on 97 centile
AC is 2 weeks lagging and on 7 centile
Doppler is normal
There is no evidence of hydrocephalus
Bp is 102/98
OGTT normal Blood sugar PP is 98
Currently on L arginine and ecosprin along with iron and calcium.
Please advice with your opinion.

You should get your sonography done every two weeks.
It could be a developing hydrocephalus but so far it doesn't fit into the definition of hydrocephalus.
