Asked for Male, 37 Years

Iam using bp tablet iam taking bp readings my first reading always little bit high after 3 minutes iam take another reading it shows very normal same as 3 , 4 , 5 readings were very normal. Which reading should be considered. 145/78 1 reading 115/73,115/70,113/72 were next readings
