BP is 180/113

Asked for Male, 34 Years

My wife's BP was around 160/100. Today she started Metosartan 50 mg. Today Morning was the first dose. Now in the evening she is having a headache, chest congestion. bP is 180/113. Any suggestions why it is BP is high
