BP and pulse rate
My blood pressure is fluctuating now a days, my age is 44 yrs. 140/120, 145/110, 130/100 and now 140/90. It can be increase morning time and pulse rate is more than 90-100. I use drink near about 300 ml daily. Please sujjest me and give some safe advise. My body weight is 96 kg.
