Hello dr I have type 1 diabetes from long time i take insulin . My bp is around 130_140/ 80_90. Sometomes my bp goes suuden up and again becomes normal. My ecg echo are normal Do i need to take bp medicine. Wjy fluctuation. My last bp wss 134/84

Brisk walking in morning or evening. Do lipid profile, if triglyceride increased then take a statin. Check BO regularly. Kindly consult for more advice

Need Lifestyle modification and regular exercise . Do kidney function test and lipid profile . After lifestyle change if persistent high BP then consider anti hypertension medicine for any query consultant doctor
