BP 150/90 to 170/90
Hi Doctor, My mother had developed a BP of 150/90 to 170/90 from a month, she took telvas 40 tablet all these days and its still the same. So I took her to the cardiologist today and the 2D echo and TMT results are attached here. Doctor said everything is okay, just take less oil and less salt. He just gave two tablets one is for BP (metosatam 50) and the other for anxiety (etizola 0.25). TMT Results: Reason for termination: Developed SOB/NO ANGINA DEVELOPED UPSLOPING ST DEPRASSIONS L1,L2,AVR,AVF TEST BORDERLINE POSITIVE for exercise inducible ischemia Fair exercise tolerance 2D echo Impressions: Mild Concentric LVH No RWMA of LV Good LV Systolic function (EF=66%) Reduced LV compliance Mild MR Mild PAH with TR No AR
