Well such an impression on the blood peripheral smear suggests that your rbcs have normal shape and volume and need not worry about anemia...no there is no anemia in the report..it's complete ly normal...thank you

Normocytic normochromic anemia means size of RBC is normal and hemoglobin content of RBC is normal. ...blood loss or any underlying chronic disease can cause this type of anemia with reduction of total RBC count...get evaluated

I can understand your concern.
Normocytic means the cell apperance. The RBC looks normal.
Normochromic means the RBCs look properly stained indicating normal amount of Hb in them.
Have a high protein diet. And include lits of fruits and vegetables in your diet .
