Not just teeth issues, bottle feeding have negative impact on respiratory and gastrointestinal system. At 21 months baby, milk is of little importance, so try to feed more solids than milk.

Bottle feeding is not warranted .
But now a days companies are claiming orthodontic nipples in bottle which exerts no to very little pressure .
Avoid bottle if possible as the child has never been on bottle ,why introduce at this age ..?
