Both heals are very pain in the morning.
Both heals are very pain in the morning. But after walk some steps pain low. After every rest time when I stand-up pain start in heals. Last 8 to 9 months this problem are standing. I use hot- cold water for heal .

Hi, In my opinion this condition is called palntar fasciitis.  You need to take precautions along with physiotherapy.  Precautions would be avoid long standing, barefoot walking  and walking on uneven surfaces. Wear heel cups or gel insoles in your shoes or doctor sole footwear.  Do calf stretch and continue with hot and cold fomentation.
