Both fallopian tubes infection
Hi am aged 30 got married 2yrs back now we are planing for baby.we consulted gynic they are suggested USG abdomin and Tvs. In reports both fallopian tubes got infected (bilateral hydrosapinx right hydrosalpinx measures 6.7*4.2 cms and left hydrosalpinx measures 2.4*1.0 cms ) my gynic doctor suggested for Rt Salpingectomy surgery.please let me no is there any possibility without surgery any aurvedic treatment.

It's upto you if you want to go ahead with the treatment or not, but surgery would be your best option.
