A.cold compresses
B use antibiotic eyedrop like moxifloxacin 6times along with lubricating lubricating eyedrop frequently
C soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in severe cases
Having said that it is provisional diagnosis

You have conjunctivitis .. itbis usually self limiting. Important to maintain proper hygiene.. do not touch your eyes frequently . Use tissues to wipe and some antibiotic drops in both eyes. Maskatieyeclinic Opposite Charni road station east, Mumbai

please do hot foamentation. put antibiotics eye drops 2hourly e.g. moxifloxacin and ocupol oint at bed time.
