Both bones on the right hand get fractur
My both bones of the right hand was fractured,its been 2 year after the accident,1 year I wear the plates and my transplant was removed before 8 months,now I have no strength or power on the right hand,now no biceps,its like banana,others are making fun of me and I wish to go for workout to the gym,any problem to workout with this hand?

Yes muscle power gets 1 grade Down after surgery so you defiantly need exercises for your hand.. But instead of gym you visit a physiotherapy clinic near by.. Learn basic exercises of biceps triceps strengthening... Then gradually your physiotherapist will increase and modify exercises as per your power... Later on you can join gym after 1-2 months
