Borderline LVH and chest pain

Asked for Female, 40 Years

Suffering from left side chest pain from last 2 years, all the reports like ecg, TMT and CT coronary angiogram is normal, in 2 D Echo it shows borderline LVH, is this the cause of my chest pain? How serious is this?
