Boils/ulcer on penis foreskin

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I am having boils/ulcer on penis skin. 2 or 3 have now come out and you can see some under the skin as well. I previously assumed them to be hair follicles but 2 or 3 have come out as some kind of boils/ulcer on the foreskin.
