Boil with puss keeps coming back

Asked for Female, 32 Years

Dear Dr., My husband gets puss filled boil 5" down the navel. Before it fully cures and sits, it reoccurs at the same place. It has reoccured around 5 times in 2 months. Since 1 year his navel bleeds all of a sudden, and the bleeding lasts for 2 to 5 days then disappears and reoccurs suddenly after a gap. A physician prescribed him neosporin which he uses but we are concerned why does this reoccur? Please find pictures attached for your reference. Looking forward to consulting you further. Thanks.
