Boil/pimple in pelvic
I am a 28 year old woman. I am having vaginal boils/large pimple kind of thing from quite some times now. They appear in the labia majora mostly, but sometimes in the bikini area also. They are slightly painful and go away on their own after 2/3 days. Initially I thought it happened because of shaving and I have left shaving. It didn’t help. Then I read an article saying it might be occurring when the vaginal area is dirty. So I clean up with water(rarely with soap) every time after I pee. In case I don’t clean it once or twice a day, I get those boils, especially if it's a hot and sweaty day. How concerned I should be about it? And what is a permanent cure for this?
