Boil on foreskin of pennis

Asked for Male, 29 Years

Today i notice a boil or pimple or like ulcer we have in mouth on foreskin of pennis. If i have High pressure urine then little bit pain i feel. Also if i touch then i feel pain or highly sensitive. From last 8 months i am having gastritis issue and stomach acidity and my medicine is going on for that. I am attaching image it will help to understand as one dr suggested to share image.
