Boil in buttcrack near anus

I am a 20 yrs old male. I first have a boil in my butt crack near anus 7-8 months earlier. It was very painful and it took 7-8 days to burst with blood and fus. Then after some days in same area small boil happens and i used the cream having pepperment and lavender and it burst then only small one drop blood relased. Then now i am having the same problem again. In the same position i have same small boil type thing and it get burst and one drop blood relased. Whats the problem?? Is it serious?
