Dear practo user Now a days dentistry is advanced so ask your dentist for tooth saving treatment, as milk tooth exfoliate in 8 to 12 years till then they should be keep in place.

Get extracted as soon as possible as the boil is indication for pus accumulation to the adjacent affected tooth. Or else the pics will keep extending and affect the other adjacent teeth too.

Your question is not very clear but as per my understanding u r trying to say that milk tooth require extraction and wat will be effect of it on permanent teeth ,in this case the permanent tooth may get affected in terms of alignment as the milk tooth is not shedding on its right time but removed before that ,for maintaining proper alignment of permanent teeth there are options like space maintainer which will maintain space n proper eruption of permanent tooth
